平凹透鏡和平凸透鏡的光學特性取決於其表面曲率。曲率的大小以屈光度(D)為單位,決定了透鏡的屈光度,進而決定了其會聚或發散光線的能力。平凹透鏡的屈光度為負值,而平凸透鏡的屈光度為正值。

2.2應用
