Optinspec

OptiNspec is a series of optical element’s surface quality (scratch/dig) inspection machines. It provides objective grading and reporting, based on industry MIL-PRF-13830B and ISO 10110-7:2017 (Visibility Specification) standards. The machine come with factory calibrated grading for repeatable and reproducible grading; eliminating subjective results between human-based inspections and conflicting results between suppliers. The series come in different models, to cater to different users needs, from manual tabletop QA inspection to fully automatic fast batch inspection, from flat element inspection to spherical element inspection. Furthermore, the machine can be customize and trained to support users’ specific surface quality inspection requirements.
