Featured Customization Projects
Assembly and Quality Checking Instrument
This instrument is specially developed to check misalignment in assembly and defects of molded lenses which are small in size and are difficult to distinguish the front or back on the surface.
The main functions of the test instrument are the decentering measurement of the lens assembly relative to the housing, checking the upside side down of the lens, and checking the defects such as sink marks on the lens surface.
2 kW Focusable Telescope
The 2 kW focusable telescope is used for long distancing targeting and works with single mode fiber laser at 1060 to 1080 nm with the nominal laser power from 1.5 KW to 2 KW. Its working distance is range from 100 m to 800 m, with a focused beam diameter <=16 mm for distances from 100 m to 550 m and <=25 mm focused beam diameter within the whole working distance range.
This telescope accepts distance signal from the external system and adjusts focusing at 10 Hz frequency. It has cross hair on the zoom lens indicating the laser beam center on the target vs different working distances and zoom factors. All in all, it’s compact with high power density, capable of tuning spot size to be small for long distance range, and aligns well with a zoom lens for observation.
1kW Fiber Laser Calibration System
We’ve built a 1kW fiber laser power meter calibration system capable of calibrating a number of power values from 100W to 1kW power range, as well as measuring and generating the calibration curve (readings –standard curve).
This project has a challenging point where the laser beam burns whatever is in contact. However, it has been overcome by our engineers with their innovative solution.
