Introduction

The high-power fiber laser beam shaping system is designed to meet the demand for high-power, high-efficiency, and high-stability laser sources in fields such as mechanical processing, laser medicine, automotive manufacturing, and military applications. This system ingeniously integrates high power fiber laser with variable beam shaping system, as well as on axis monitoring system, making it feasible for a broad range of applications mentioned above.

There are many modules inside the system: the QBH connect the input of the laser light source; the collimating module converts the beam into parallel light through lenses; the zoom shaping module adjusts the size of the spot through a motor, and finally, the focusing module focuses the laser beam to a focal point to achieve high energy intensity. The focused spot size can vary from 6mm to 25mm (see Fig 2).

Furthermore, the system has temperature measurement module and co-axis vision module. Users can monitor the temperature of internal components through the formal and the position, shape, and surface quality of the work piece on working from the latter.
