Laser Cleaning Head (LCLH-254)

Working Principle 

The laser first moves from the laser input to the fiber interface QCS or QBH in Figure 1 (including the collimator), then to the scanning mirror (driven by the galvo motor and the motor scans at an angle of ±12 degrees), and finally to the specially manufactured square f-theta lens which focuses the beam onto the workpiece surface. In Figure 1, the various laser beams indicate different scanning positions at different times.

Advantages 

Laser cleaning is a "green" cleaning method that does not require the use of any chemicals and cleaning fluids, thus helping to protect the environment.
